Market Tel will contact prospects to obtain expiration dates; for every interested prospect whose x-date renews within 90 days of call an appointment will be scheduled and confirmed (or worksheet completed). All x-dates renewing beyond 90 days of the call, contact name, title, x-date(s), current carrier, number of employees, number of vehicles and approximate annual sales will be entered into database and contacted at appropriate time. All correspondence will be faxed/e-mailed to your office within 24 hours of receipt. Directions will be obtained for appointment scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Market Tel can also call on your existing expiration dates, conduct calls to account round existing book of business and follow up mailings that your office has design.
We will do all the work from the 1st call to confirming your appointment; all that is left for your office is to rate and sell!
