I just finished checking our results. I had my doubts when we started because we had lost our preferred market for the class of business you would be calling.
As it turns out, my return on investment was 550% (5.5 times). Had we maintained our preferred market, this return would have been much higher based on the number of leads you provided.

Just a quick note to say Thank You for a job well done. We just wrote our first package policy due to Heather's great work. When I first went to the appointment that she set up the customer had photocopies of all the policies waiting for me. I quoted and wrote the account for $20,238.00 and I have not even looked at the workers comp which comes up in a couple of months. I also have another account that we are quoting at $44,000, not bad for our first month!
Every person in our office has been very pleased with the way you have performed. The reports and follow up with the customers is top notch.
